1. Shipping coverage
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Some remote locations may require additional transit time — you will be notified during checkout if your pincode is non-serviceable.
2. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is ₹99 on orders below ₹1499. Orders above ₹1499 ship FREE. Express shipping (1–2 day delivery to metros) is available at ₹199 — selectable at checkout where applicable.
3. Order processing
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order ships.
4. Delivery timeline
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 business days for other locations. Express delivery: 1–2 business days for serviceable metros. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5. Courier partners
We partner with India's most trusted logistics providers — Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post — to ensure reliable, safe delivery of your order.
6. Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
7. Failed delivery & RTO
If our courier partner is unable to deliver after 3 attempts (incorrect address, customer unavailable, refused delivery), the order will be returned to origin (RTO). For pre-paid orders, refunds will be issued. For COD orders, repeated RTO may affect future COD eligibility.
8. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.
